April 2, 2018 was an exciting day for Careficient! I am pleased to announce that Deborah Bailey has joined our Careficient organization as an Implementation and Support Specialist.
Deborah is part of our Careficient Support team and will be working with new agency implementations, training, documentation as well as ongoing system support.
Deborah brings to our team an extensive background as a Quality Assurance Review Nurse, reviewing and coding medical records for home health as well as 13 years of experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a home health agency. Her duties as an ADON included hiring, training, clinical review of medical records, disaster preparedness coordinator, managing scheduling and overall agency process flow management.
You will be hearing from Deborah when she works on agency implementation and training as well as ongoing system support.
